HR Director of Recruitment
As Director you will be empowered to identify innovative recruitment strategies, implementing proactive recruitment practices, sourcing capabilities, reporting key recruitment and business metrics, identify performance efficiencies within Talent Acquisition. You will partner with functional/divisional recruiters and HR Business partners to provide solutions to best support the recruitment process
Key Responsibilities:
· Work with Human Resources leadership and business leadership ensuring recruiting is consistent with business objectives, growth, integrity, and employment brand
· Direct appropriate research and candidate development resources creating a pipeline for a variety of levels and functional areas
· Serve as an advisor to Human Resources Business Partners and client groups to execute against their current and forecasted recruitment requirements
Manage Executive Search initiatives for
· senior positions; Divisional VP and above
· Cold-call targeted candidate population 50% of the time
· Drive recruiting processes that help to ensure consistency with the brand
· Conduct a training and informal mentoring classes
· Execute an in-house executive search model, leveraging practices around process, systems, candidate development, and research
· Individually own full life-cycle recruiting searches including the creation of compensation packages and closing
· Network extensively in the marketplace in an effort to help source candidates for our open positions
· Develop a search business plan for each open search, including target list creation, research process management, and market segmentation
· Perform phone-based proactive candidate and sourcing activities
· Develop and manage recruitment reporting metrics, head count reports, and ad hoc reports
· Play an active role within the HR Recruitment Committee focused on process improvement and recruiter development

Act as a Strategic HR Consultant to Senior Management.

Providing Human
Resource
expertise in identifying human resources issues and solutions to
business
problems. Ensure the design and delivery of human resources products and
services meet the needs of the business.

Act as advisor and coach to line managers on human resources issues such
as
managing change, supporting a positive work environment and displaying
and
encouraging company values.
Oversee development and implementation of human resources processes and
programs, including but not limited to; performance management,
organizational development, training and development, the annual
compensation review process and programs to support corporate
initiatives.
Manage day-to-day operational assistance on human resources issues.
Consult
with managers on performance issues (including terminations, grievances,
etc.), staffing plans and strategies, compensation plans and other
issues.
Counsel employees on various issues (grievances, terminations, etc.)
while
maintaining employer advocacy role.
Requirements
Eight or more years of human resources experience, including three years
experience as a generalist consulting with senior managers in a
fast-paced,
demanding and rapidly changing environment. Strategic HR experience
is
preferred.
Strong technical human resources expertise (compensation, employee
relations
and staffing) to support and educate line management.
Experience managing projects of significant scope including conceiving,
designing and implementing these projects. Strong analytical skills and
the
ability to drive change through the use of data driven analysis.
Ability to think strategically, but influence and act tactically.
Demonstrated situational flexibility.
Process management approach to problem solving.
An advanced degree, in business or in human resources, with solid
understanding of business issues.
Familiarity with human resources systems, PC proficiency.
Articulate, with excellent communication skills and the ability to frame
problems and solutions quickly and concisely.
Effective at building relationships with business leaders and employees.
Ability to accomplish his/her objectives through influence and
persuasion.
A problem-solver, able to think strategically while possessing the
ability
to quickly solve day-to-day human resources issues.
Creative, innovative and conceptually able to build and champion
programs
and plan around broadly stated business goals and client needs; detail
